1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "Member," "User," or "you") and fb030 ("fb030," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the fb030 website located at fb030.net and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, bingo, e-sabong, promotional offers, and any other features made available to players in the Philippines.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) fb030 account only. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Management

Upon successful registration, fb030 will create a single player account linked to your verified Philippine mobile number and email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your fb030 account credentials.

Your obligations with respect to account management include the following:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your fb030 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Ensuring that your registered account details remain accurate and up-to-date. Any change to your legal name, residential address, email address, or mobile number must be reported to fb030 support promptly.
• Logging out of your fb030 account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Notifying fb030 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.

fb030 will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. Where fb030 has reasonable grounds to suspect that account credentials have been shared with a third party, fb030 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.

fb030 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks ("Know Your Customer" or KYC procedures) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, upon withdrawal request, or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to cooperate with KYC procedures within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fb030 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). fb030 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following local payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. fb030 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via foreign currency accounts or international wire transfers.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your fb030 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. fb030 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made on behalf of another person. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method on record. fb030 requires that all withdrawal requests be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform rules. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your fb030 account must have completed the required KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to three (3) business days.
• fb030 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain PHP thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fb030 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Philippine members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms of each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live dealer table games, bingo, and other game categories may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members only. fb030 reserves the right to exclude members from specific promotions based on account history, geographic location within the Philippines, or other criteria stated in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: fb030 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus, along with associated winnings, if evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotion terms, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses is detected.

fb030 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of modification, provided that wagering requirements for such bonuses have not yet been completed.

6 Game Rules and Betting

All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo, and other wagering products available on the fb030 platform are subject to individual game rules published within the platform interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game or market, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific wagering activity.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on fb030:

• All wagers must be placed using real-money funds or eligible bonus funds in your fb030 wallet. fb030 does not accept wagers on credit.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb030 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one fb030 account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence mechanism to interact with or place wagers on the fb030 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or with any person associated with a live dealer studio, to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the fb030 platform to generate credits, wagers, or winnings that would not otherwise be available.
• Using the fb030 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the fb030 platform.
• Conducting "matched betting" or "arbitrage betting" strategies in a systematic manner designed to exploit bonus terms or generate risk-free profit at the expense of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb030 staff, customer support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

fb030 employs active fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behavioral analytics tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, fb030 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation and to report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fb030 platform — including but not limited to the fb030 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fb030 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb030 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any fb030 content without express written permission.
• Use the fb030 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context or on any third-party platform.
• Create derivative works based on any fb030 platform content or game software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the fb030 website on any other website or application.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb030's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb030 account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb030 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether fb030 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.

fb030 does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform access. fb030 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.

10 Privacy and Data

fb030 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an fb030 account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the fb030 Privacy Policy.

In summary, fb030 collects personal data — including your name, date of birth, Philippine address, contact details, and financial transaction records — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of a personalized gaming experience. fb030 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct involving your fb030 account.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including the 21+ age requirement.

You may voluntarily close your fb030 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are subject to standard KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks before the final balance is disbursed.

Where fb030 terminates an account due to breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

fb030 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fb030 will notify registered members by email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the revised Terms.

Your continued use of the fb030 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the fb030 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
